會(huì)議簡(jiǎn)介：本次會(huì)議建立在我校法學(xué)院與澳大利亞新英格蘭大學(xué)法學(xué)院學(xué)術(shù)合作的基礎(chǔ)之上，主要探討澳大利亞和中國(guó)大陸及臺(tái)灣地區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)法研究的前沿問(wèn)題，包括中澳自由貿(mào)易協(xié)定下的農(nóng)業(yè)、農(nóng)產(chǎn)品、水產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖等相關(guān)法律問(wèn)題，也包含中國(guó)城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程及環(huán)境治理過(guò)程中的農(nóng)地規(guī)劃使用與可持續(xù)性發(fā)展相關(guān)的法律問(wèn)題。
