內容摘要：
This talk addresses the challenge of remote state estimation in linear discrete-time systems subject to state-dependent packet dropouts. When transmitting local measurements to a remote estimator, data packets may be lost if the system state falls within specific occlusion regions, resulting in a non-stationary dropout process contingent upon actual system states. Given the escalating computational complexity, exact posterior distribution calculation for optimal state estimation becomes nearly infeasible. To tackle this issue, we introduce a novel cross-coupled estimation framework comprising two collaboratively operating estimators: a region-label estimator and a state estimator. The former is employed to derive optimal estimates of the region-label sequence in a maximum a posteriori fashion, while the latter is utilized to attain optimal state estimates with minimum mean-square error. A sufficient condition is derived to ensure boundedness of the resulting estimation error. Additionally, batch and iterative expectation-maximization (EM) algorithms are proposed for optimal estimation computation in a maximum a posteriori (MAP) context. The efficacy of all proposed estimators is validated through illustrative examples.
主講人介紹：
劉欽源，同濟大學電子與信息工程學院教授、博導，計算機科學與技術系副主任。入選國家優青、上海晨光學者。2012年本科畢業于華中科技大學，2017年博士畢業于清華大學，獲清華大學優秀博士學位論文一等獎、中國自動化學會優秀博士學位論文獎、清華大學優秀畢業生等榮譽。2014-2016年間多次赴香港科技大學電子及計算機工程學系從事研究工作，2016-2017年赴布魯奈爾大學計算機科學系任國際研究員，2021-2022年于工業和信息化部產業發展促進中心任國家重點研發計劃項目主管。
研究方向包括多傳感器數據融合、異常檢測和故障診斷、大數據分析和機器學習等。主持/參與國家自然科學基金、國家重點研發計劃、科技創新2030“新一代人工智能”重大項目等10余項國家及省部級項目。出版Spinger專著1部，發表論文40余篇，IEEE匯刊及一區論文20余篇，5篇論文入選ESI高被引論文。曾獲北京市自然科學二等獎、北京市麒麟科學技術獎、吳文俊人工智能科學技術優秀青年獎、ACM上海新星獎、世界人工智能大會青年優秀論文提名獎等榮譽。擔任Control Eng Pract、Int J Syst Sci等5個國際期刊客座編輯/副編輯/編委，10余個國際會議副編輯/程序委員會委員/邀請組主席，20余個國內外期刊及會議的審稿人。擔任中國人工智能學會青工委、中國自動化學會故障診斷專委會、中國指揮與控制學會智能控制與系統專委會、中國電子學會區塊鏈分會等多個二級學會委員；國家自然科學基金、國家重點研發計劃、上海市科技進步獎與技術發明獎評審專家。
